Been going with Katy for a couple of months now and not looking back, her gym is great and her workouts varied. It beats going to the local gym and wondering if you’re working out correctly and have the right form etc. Katy takes all that worry away and just beasts you until you get the results you want. I’ve seen results in my strength and form in around 9 sessions, she pushes me harder every session which is exactly what I want from a PT. She will not just talk to you whilst running on a treadmill, Katy will work you for those results but it’s worth it!!
Katy is just great. She ensures that no 2 sessions are the same, so I am never bored, which was one of the main reasons that I was never a fan of using the gym. Katy has motivated and encouraged me and I truly look forward to each session. Thanks Katy!
Katy is a fantastic personal trainer! She pushes you to work at your highest ability and keeps sessions varied and fun, no chance of getting bored! She is good at getting you motivated and keeping you on target.
The gym is lovely and private, which I like as I never liked using a public gym.

At this age of 52 I decided I wanted to get really fit again and keep up with the young ones. I can honestly say that with Katy's training I have never felt better about myself and cannot wait for the next work out.
I have set myself a goal and week in week all the targets are being hit. It is not just the fitness training, Katy has sorted out a nutritional diet and great advice too and put me on the right track to a much healthier diet.
It is also the fact that Katy sets out the training to your needs unlike the classes at the gym. It all revolves around your personal objective. A fantastic trainer and I am very pleased I went down the personal training route.
At time of writing I have been training with Katy for exactly 2 months. In which time I have dropped 38lbs / 2st 7lbs in weight and am feeling fit and strong for the first time in ages. I've trained in various things such as kickboxing and judo aswell as used several personal trainers in my life but I have never trained with anyone as professional,knowledgeable and passionate about what they do as Katy is. My results so far are much better than I could have imagined, thank you!
It’s hard to imagine weighing nearly 2 and ½ stone more and being completely unfit, but, two years ago that was me! My weight loss and increased fitness has in the main been as a result of personal training with Katy.
Katy has trained me several times a week over this period applying a mixed, varied and at times diverse regime. No two sessions seem the same and every week new physical challenges and personal gains have been made. Running my own business time is important to me and Katy has been happy to train me at all times including often as early as Six in the morning! At times I share a session with colleagues and Katy is very skilled at motivating and instructing a group of us at the same time. I really enjoy my training and look forward to the next session, Katy’s friendly and professional manner make it fun and very rewarding as I have reached and continue to progress my fitness goals.
I have been training with Katy for over a year and have greatly improved my strength and fitness, when I started I was overweight and didn’t have much stamina, Katy devised a training plan to get me in shape. And I have been really happy with the results.
As a busy architect, fitness is very important as I often have to work long hours and be on my feet all day at a site or project.
Having experienced a good deal of circuit training and many instructors over the years, I can safely say that Katy is the best I have trained with.
I have been training with Katy for a few years now and do not know how she thinks up the circuits and programmes whilst also keeping them so varied. We have not done the same circuit twice yet!
