Having lived in Hampshire all my life, I have always been very into sport and was a member of the GB Equestrian Team. I then found the love for rugby which I then worked my way up through the ranks to now be playing for Harlequins Women in the Tyrells Premier 15s.
Working in the fitness industry was a natural choice for me. The major thrill I get from my profession is helping people get fit and pass on my enthusiasm for sport in general. It gives me a real buzz to see someone loose weight, perform better at their chosen sport or just generally get fitter.
Whether it be for a specific goal or simply wanting to get fitter and have fun whilst doing so, your fitness needs and goals will be catered for through my guidance and use of the latest research and developments in the fitness industry.
Whether it’s a personal training session (individual or shared), I have time for everyone and an innate understanding and respect of an individual’s needs. As well as training others I am a highly motivated individual who loves a challenge and is full of fresh ideas to keep you buzzing!
